Version 0.2.0 - Terrain Update
The Terrain Update!
In this update, the terrain engine has been greatly improved. It now includes greater variation in terrain heights and levels. Water is also generated in low areas, however this is not guaranteed. However, the greatest improvement to the terrain engine is the erosion simulator. Within about 10 seconds, 10 million particles of water is simulated to slowly erode away the landscape and deposit land down hill. Below is the full changelog.
- Added 4 Perlin noise maps stacked
- Added erosion simulator
- Added invisibility at the start of the game
- Added water in lower spots
- Changed main menu, now waits for user input to start generating terrain
- Changed spawn area
- Changed tree model, looks better
- Changed prefab placement so it now generates at the correct Y level
